What is Advent Meditation?

Advent Meditation is a time to be, to be still, to know, to know that God has been and is always with us.
Meeting in the Good Shepherd Chapel in low light and candles, we listen to quiet music, hear ancient words read, take some time in silence and gaze into some candlelight,  consider how deeply we are loved by the God of the universe even through the trials of life.
