Carshalton Dance Centre
Dance and Ballet Classes Carshalton
Carshalton Dance Centre offer weekly classes in ballet, tap, musical theatre, street dance, acro, modern, and contemporary dance for children aged 3 – 18, with optional ISTD examinations.
CDC provides a supportive and fun approach, with free trials for all new children. They also offer holiday activities and workshops, West End theatre trips and shows at nearby local theatres, plus performing opportunities in London for our older students.
CDC also has a unique Associate Programme, where children receive monthly classes from a Royal Ballet soloist.
Whether you dance for fun, or want to improve your technique, CDC offers the perfect start for children to learn to dance.

Women’s Pilates Classes
Carshalton Pilates offer women’s only classes for mums and those in menopause every Monday and Thursday evenings.
Sue Murkin, Founder and Teacher, creates a safe and inclusive, friendly environment in which women practice Pilates together, regardless of age, ethnicity, size or ability.
Sue is qualified to design and teach classes to improve bone health but also has an unquenchable curiosity about understanding the effects of physical exercise on hormones and aging. Sue was in her 50’s when she qualified as a Pilates Teacher having been a student for many decades.
Fun and Fitness with Karen
FLexercise is a friendly exercise to music class for stretching, strengthening and toning on Tuesday afternoons during term-time.
Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and you can come and enjoy your first class for free! You can be sure of a warm welcome.

Hannah Flowers Counselling
I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy sessions for adults and young people (16+). I am passionate about enabling people to find their own path to healing from trauma and difficult experiences, learning how to care for themselves and to understand themselves better. My warm, empathic approach helps people to feel safe and supported on their journey of healing and growth.
I am a trained and experienced counsellor, with a BA (Hons) in Integrative-Relational Counselling. I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), one of the leading professional bodies for counselling, and follow their guidelines for ethical practice. I have worked in NHS and agency settings as well as in private practice. I also have experience of delivering therapy online and by telephone.

Classes for Babies and Toddlers
Hartbeeps is at the Good Shepherd every Thursday during term time, offering three different, age specific classes.
Hartbeeps offers fully immersive multi sensory, music and imaginative play classes for new born babies all the way up to pre school aged children.
Different themes are explored each week using a variety of props, sparkly parachutes and friendly puppet characters.
The classes are set to originally created musical soundscapes that flow all the way through as a sound journey which is engaging for both parents and little ones.

Little Glow’s pop up sensory room is calm, relaxing and fun, all designed to help with your child’s sensory development. It’s an ideal place to interact and bond with your child, and to meet other parents.

We accept children from the age of 2 years and 9 months until they are ready to move to Reception Classes.
Rainbows is based in the Good Shepherd’s light and airy hall with direct access to a safe enclosed garden space, providing an ideal setting to explore and learn. .

Wallington and Carshalton Women’s Institute
Does meeting up with women like yourself, interested in a wide range of topics, going to theatre trips, lunches or attractive places and enjoying company, fun and friendship sound like your kind of thing? It’s certainly mine and I’ve been a very happy member of Wallington and Carshalton WI for 16 years.
Come and meet us here, we’re a very diverse group with a wide age range and keen to welcome you too.
We meet on the first Wednesday of the month at 8pm except August and occasionally December.
